You will now be redirected to your tickets List View. Each Ticket has information like ID, Name, Status and Estimated Delivery Time.

Under the Transcript Status column header, you will find the stage of your transcript request. Each stage is displayed by a different icon and colour and a brief description of what this stage means.
Our stages include draft, submitted, in progress, under review, completed and on hold.
Based on your transcript requests (target language, language capture time stamps, etc.) and the difficulty of your audio, an estimated delivery time will be calculated for you to be aware of when your transcript will be ready to download.
