Over our 33 years of experience working with the top universities and most important research institutions in the US and overseas, we have developed solutions to make it easier for our client’s billing and grants departments to work with us.
One of the most common options sought out by researchers is advanced payment, which allows them to pay for our transcription services before research is conducted.
Being aware of the importance of paying in advance, we have taken the appropriate measures to make sure that doing so is as safe and easy as possible.
You might already have an amount in mind for your advanced payment, this is probably based on the budget your grant allows for transcription.
However, it is possible you’re still not sure on how much money to allocate for transcription and you need an estimate from us.
If this is the case, we would be very glad to prepare a quote that is specific to your project and determine the amount needed to pay in advance.
2. Request an invoice for your advance payment
Once you know the amount that you would want to pay for, the next step would be to send over an invoice for you to process.
We understand that different institutions might have different requirements for an advanced payment invoice and we make sure to meet these requirements before submitting an invoice.
Whether you need it to include an estimate of minutes or just the total amount, we got you covered.
Pay for your prepay and we’ll do the rest. You can pay for your advanced payment via our many payment options (Credit Card, ACH, P-Card, Check, etc.). After we receive your payment we will add it to your records and your credit balance will be reflected on our platform’s main dashboard.
